Who we are

Padel Reads is run by [Legal name of the owner or company] ([NIF / NIE / CIF]), [Registered address]. Contact: hello@padelreads.com.

The service

Padel Reads is an online library of padel match situations. Each situation has a written play card and, where available, a short video. You use it in your browser; there is nothing to download.

Your account

• You sign in with your email and a one-time code or link. Keep access to that email secure.
• Your account is for you only. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time.
• You must be 16 or over to create an account, and 18 or over to buy.

Free content

Some situations are free. We can change which situations are free at any time.

Paid products and prices

• Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where it applies.
• One-off products give you access to the situations they list, for as long as the library runs.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We'll tell you before any price change applies to an active subscription.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

The library is digital content supplied straight away. At checkout you'll be asked to agree that access starts immediately, which means the legal 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access starts.

On top of that, we offer our own 14-day refund on every payment. Email us and it's done; your access to what you bought ends with it. Details are on the Refunds page. None of this affects your statutory rights.

How you may use the content

• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and watch the content for your own playing.
• You may not share your account, copy, download, record, scrape, resell or publish the content, or use it to train AI models.
• Content may carry a watermark linked to your account so leaks can be traced.

What the content is and isn't

• Situations explain tactical decisions. They are built from how coaches teach these moments and from published match research, but they are general guidance, not personal coaching.
• We don't promise any result, ranking or Playtomic level.
• Padel is a physical sport. Play within your fitness and take care when trying new movements.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the library available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update, add or retire situations to keep the library accurate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or copying content.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.

We'll post any changes here with a new date, and email you about important ones.
