How it works
- Email hello@padelreads.com within 14 days of a payment, from the address on your account.
- We refund the full amount to the original payment method. It usually arrives in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
- Access to what that payment covered ends when the refund is made.
What it covers
Every product: one-off purchases, add-ons and subscription payments.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account, and you won't be charged again. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment and access ends.
Your legal rights
This refund is our own promise, on top of your statutory rights, which it doesn't replace.
